Published dossiers
Mold, moisture, and the residential transaction.
The collection begins with the decision sequence that follows a suspected mold finding. Future environmental dossiers can be added here without changing the site structure.
It is well suited to large, hidden, complex, disputed, or health-sensitive conditions. It is not required for every residential mold finding.
EPA and CDC guidance does not support routine air sampling when visible mold and the moisture source can already be evaluated.
Cleanup is incomplete until the leak, drainage, condensation, or humidity problem that allowed growth has been corrected.
