Most work in the built environment stalls for the same reason. Nobody is certain what is true, the people involved are working from different pictures, and when the job is finished the record of what happened is scattered or lost. The next job then starts from the same place as the last one.
Our answer is not a single product. It is a method, applied over and over, with the results written down each time. That is the whole company.
The Chain Economy is a method, not an industry and not a product. It applies anywhere work is uncertain, split across disconnected parties, and hard to repeat. A link is one step that makes the next step possible. A chain is a set of links where each one feeds the next.
Run the loop once and you finish a job. Run it many times and the system gets better on its own, because the record from each round becomes the starting information for the next.
Clarify the situation. Find what is unknown and remove it. Uncertainty is what stops most work before it starts.
Line up the people, the money, and the order of steps. Everyone works from the same picture.
Do the work. This is where the plan meets the real site, the real budget, and the real schedule.

Before a new piece of work joins a chain, it has to pass a review we call Syntari. Eleven checks, every time, written down. If something fails, it does not go in. This is the least exciting part of the method and the part that protects everything else.
