BuildLink Analytics Corporation ("BuildLink," "we," "us") is a Tennessee corporation. This policy covers this website (buildlinkanalytics.com) and the internal software tools we operate, including our publishing tool "SMES Poster."

Information you give us

When you contact us, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to you and to operate our business. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Our applications and connected accounts

SMES Poster is an internal tool operated by BuildLink Analytics Corporation. It publishes our own content — text, images, and video we create — to social media and video accounts that we own and control, including our YouTube channel. It accesses only our own accounts, using authorization we grant as the account owner. It does not collect, access, or process information about any other person or any third-party account.

BuildLink Analytics Corporation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data accessed through our tools is used solely to operate our own publishing on our own channel; it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide that function, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except as required for security, legal compliance, or with the account owner's explicit direction.

Website logs and cookies

This is a static information website. It does not run advertising trackers and we do not build visitor profiles. Our hosting provider's servers may record basic request logs (such as IP address, pages requested, and timestamps), which are used only for security and operations.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers required to run this website and our communications (for example, our hosting and email providers), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
