Know The House
We check TikTok rentals before you pay. Real owner. Real agent. Real status.
Know The House is a rental-listing check from BuildLink Analytics Corporation. Send us a listing from TikTok or Facebook. Our desk checks it against the record and answers in plain language: is this house actually for rent — and who is really behind the listing?

What the desk checks
- Status. Is the property actually for rent — or is it for sale, or already sold?
- The real agent. Who is the actual listing agent and broker of record?
- The phone. Does the contact number in the post match the real listing?
- The rent. The rent in the post against the market rent for that house.
- The words. Was the post’s copy lifted from the MLS listing?
The verdict comes back in plain language — confirmed rental, not a rental, or could not verify — with the facts and their sources.
Confirmed cases
We accuse listings, never persons. Accounts and names can be stolen — so every case below is what the listing claimed versus what the record shows.
Posted on TikTok as a rental by @beverly6620 (443-739-8696).
- The record: the house is sold — $465,000.
- It was listed at $499,900 by Meghan Masters, Property Executives Johnson City — MLS 9990580.
Posted on TikTok by @housingagent2 at $800/mo (text 309-260-0335).
- The record: the house is sold — $165,000 — MLS 9992976, Micah Collie, Tri-Cities Realty.
- The real rent estimate for the house is $1,293/mo — not $800.
Our desk has logged 40 suspected listings and confirmed 7 as not rentals — every case evidenced in a permanent roster. (As of November 5, 2026.)

The standard
Every fact in a Know The House check carries its source and date. If something could not be checked, the verdict says so. Nothing is filled in.
